LYNXauto rubber-to-metal components ensure a reliable connection of the engine and transmission elements with the car body, as well as cardan gear elements, effectively reducing vibration and noise. The LYNXauto range includes engine mounts, transmission mounts, cardan gear mounts and couplings. The high quality and reliability of LYNXauto rubber-to-metal components is achieved through the use of a special technology for vulcanizing a rubber element with metal parts. Own formulation of rubber effectively absorbs vibrations and retains its elastic properties at low temperatures (up to -50°C). Along with standard rubber-metal mounts, LYNXauto's product range includes so-called hydromounts, in which vibration damping occurs due to the flow of the working fluid. LYNXauto flexible couplings effectively reduce torsional vibrations, structural knocks and have an extended service life. LYNXauto flexible couplings allow an angle between the connected shafts up to 8º and axial movement up to ±12 mm.
High-quality rubber and a special cord thread used in the production of LYNXauto flexible couplings provide reliable transmission of high torques, reduce noise and vibration, reduce vibration and noise during transmission operation, compensate for axial displacements and angles between shafts due to unit movements and mounting tolerances. Due to Tenpu® cord technology, LYNXauto flexible driveshaft couplings are highly reliable and efficient, successfully transmitting even higher torque and reducing torsional vibrations. Special rubber and vulcanization technology allows the flexible couplings of the LYNXauto cardan shaft to increase the smoothness of the ride, reduce the dynamic loads on the transmission parts during start-up and function reliably at high speeds.
